3 - large eggs
½ medium onion - diced
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp saffron
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
4 oz pork sausage
8 oz SISTERS SALSA (½ jar)
Salt and pepper to taste |
In medium skillet, brown sausage. Add olive oil and onion. Stir until onion is translucent. In separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, saffron, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to the onion and stir. When eggs are almost ready, add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Serve on a platter topped with SISTERS SALSA. |
