1 - medium sized roast (frozen)
8 oz SISTERS SALSA (½ jar)
2 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 - large potato
6 - carrots
1 - onion
1 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste |

Baste the top of the frozen roast with mustard. Place in slow cooker on low heat in the evening. Top with Worcestershire sauce and add SISTERS SALSA. Let cook overnight. In the morning, add water, potato (cut in cubes), carrots (chopped) and onion (chopped). Let cook on low heat for approximately 8 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve. |
