1 cup white rice (I prefer Basmati)
8 oz SISTERS SALSA (½ jar)
2 cups water
3 tbsp olive oil

In medium skillet, add olive oil and rice. Stir rice over medium heat until golden brown. Add SISTERS SALSA and water and stir. Lower
Heat and cover. Cook approximately 10 minutes until rice is tender. Stir again and serve. |
